Full Inspection Terms and Conditions
An internal inspection is only limited to serve the purpose of this valuation. The internal inspection is not a structural survey to check the structural integrity of the improvements.
The valuer will require access to all internal spaces and external/outdoor areas to complete the inspection.
Kerbside Terms and Conditions
We have not been provided access to the subject property to conduct a full internal inspection for this valuation. Pursuant to specific Reliant Party instructions, this valuation is hence limited by an external inspection, and it is assumed that improvements are in good internal and external condition. Accord Appraisals Pty Ltd and the valuer have the full benefit under law for any unforeseen impact on the market value and marketability of the subject property that would have otherwise identified in a full internal inspection.
This valuation is based on the critical assumption that the subject property does not contain any environmental hazards and/or materials, infrastructure, contaminating uses, etc that may have been identified through an internal inspection.
